Questions
Do my SSH credentials leave my phone?
No. Passwords and private keys are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. They are never sent to our servers. Only your account email and purchase status are stored remotely.
Does this work without a server I control?
Tmux Term is an SSH client — you need at least one server you can SSH into. It works great with VPS providers (DigitalOcean, Hetzner, AWS), home labs, or any Linux/macOS host with SSH enabled.
Is this an iPad app?
Tmux Term is built for iPhone. It runs on iPad in compatibility mode and on Apple Silicon Macs via "Designed for iPad," but the UI is optimized for phone screens.
What about Android?
iOS only for now. Android may follow if there's demand.
How do I get support?
Email support@tmuxterm.host or use the in-app Settings → Feedback form.
